from 85 euro to 110 euro (depends on season) + 70 euro final cleaning – minimum stay 7 days special rates during winter and spring for long stay in smart working . Linen and towels are provided – all expenses are included except the cost of heating during the winter (independent heating with new generation gas boiler)
A regular contract will be issued according to italian laws.
